Shipping Coverage
Gailyfit Sports currently provides nationwide delivery within the Philippines only.
At this time, international shipping is not available due to high global logistics costs.
Our mission is to make fitness more accessible and convenient for Filipinos — from Metro Manila to Visayas and Mindanao.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and courier details.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary depending on your region:

Metro Manila: 2–4 business days

Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 3–6 business days

Visayas & Mindanao: 5–10 business days
Please note: Delivery may take longer during holidays, sale periods, or due to courier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the total weight or volume of your order.
From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions — stay updated by following Gailyfit Sports on Instagram and Facebook.
Payment Methods
As Cash on Delivery (COD) is no longer available, all orders must be paid online in full before processing.

Order Tracking
Once dispatched, your tracking number will be sent via email.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, incomplete contact details, or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may return the item to us.
Customers are responsible for reshipment fees should they wish to have the order resent.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been turned over to our courier partners, Gailyfit Sports is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during transit.
If you experience an issue, please contact our team immediately so we can assist you in coordinating with the courier.
